private law in general and specialized in commercial law.
Added to his experience as a lawyer he has a long career in the field of teaching, being a full professor of "Law of the Company at ESADE" (Ramón Llull University) from 1978 to the present, and creator and director in 2004 of the Master in Corporate Law at the cAmpus of the Barcelona Association, advisor to the French "Tribunaux de Commerce".

Miquel Puiggalí
Lawyer dedicated to private law in general and specialized in patrimonial and succession law, of the elderly, old age planning, modification of the capacity to act, and corporate law commercial and civil.
At the moment President of the Committee on the Rights of the Elderly of the Bar Association of Barcelona, combines his professional exercise with teaching as teacher in ESADE in the Master's Degree for Access to the Legal Profession. Addition experience in the different aspects of legal aid, free legal assistance and ex officio shift, being the technical manager as a lawyer at CICAC, (Catalan Law Council) in this matter and participant (member) in different commissions of the General Council of Spanish Lawyers. He has collaborated in the international project on gratuitous justice in the former Yugoslavia. Also a lawyer for the CAPI (International Criminal Association).
